Electoral Literacy Club
The Electoral Literacy Club at our college is a platform which is supported by the Election Commission of India to promote electoral awareness among the students and educate the student’s about their role as a responsible citizenship in a democracy. The club helps to educate students about electoral process and focuses on the importance of voting and familiarize them about their electoral rights.
Objectives of ELC:
- Promote Electoral Awareness – Educate students about the electoral process and democratic rights.
- Encourage Voter Registration
- Increase Voter Turnout – Motivate first-time and young voters to participate in elections.
- Foster Democratic Values – Instill values of inclusion, fairness, and transparency in elections.

Structure of the Club:
Principal – Head of the Institution
Chairperson – Faculty whose role is to inspire, educate the students and coordinating ELC activities.
ELC Secretaries- One Boy student secretary and one Girl student secretary appointed to engage fellow students in democratic processes, especially encouraging voter registration and participation.
Brand Ambassador – The ELC Student Brand Ambassador award is given to the dynamic ELC Secretary for representing and promoting the objectives of the Electoral Literacy Club at our college.
