Admission Process

  • Admission For First Semester

The candidates who have secured a minimum of 35% in PUC II Commerce/Science/Arts, or Diploma in engineering (three year duration of Govt of Karnataka) are eligible to apply for this course.

All Indian and foreign students who have passed other than those of Karnataka Board of Secondary Education/Karnataka Board of PU Education will have to produce a permission letter from the Rani Channamma University before they seek admission.

  • Admission For Third Semester

To seek admission to III Semester, the students who have successfully kept terms for previous Semester are eligible for subsequent semester. If the students have not filled the Examination form of lower exam, they are not eligible to seek admission for subsequent. And those who are completed Diploma in Commercial practice are eligible for B.Com third semester lateral entry with migration form the respected board & Eligibility certificate form Rani Channamma University.

  • Admission For Fifth Semester

To seek admission to V Semester, the students who have successfully kept terms for previous Semester are eligible for subsequent semester. If the students have not filled the Examination form of lower exam, they are not eligible to seek admission for subsequent.

  • Documents Required

  1. S.S.L.C/Equivalent Exam Xerox Marks Card duly attested by concerned authorities.
  2. P.U.C II Exam Xerox Marks Card duly attested by concerned authorities.
  3. Aadhaar Card (Both parents & Students)
  4. Transfer Certificate (Original) +2 Xerox Copies
  5. Migration Certificate. (Original for Non Karnataka & CBSE students only)
  6. Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by Rani Channamma University, Belagavi.
  7. (Original, for Non Karnataka & CBSE students).
  8. Caste & Income Certificate.
  9. 4 ID Size Photos.
  10. Bank Passbook
  11. Voter’s ID (If available)

Terms & Conditions

  • Students seeking admission should apply in the prescribed form available in the college office. They are advised to carefully read the prospectus before filling the form.
  • Students penalized for malpractice at earlier University examinations must consult the superintendent (Administration) before submitting the admission form.
  • A student who has migrated from a college affiliated to the Rani Channamma University shall produce a Transfer certificate from the college last attended by him/her. Student migrating from outside Rani Channamma University will have to produce a Provisional Eligibility Certificate at the time of admission and the Migration Certificate after admission
  • All Admissions made by the college are provisional and subject to confirmation by Rani Channamma University. If a student after being provisionally admitted is found ineligible, his/her admission will be cancelled.
  • The principal’s discretion to grant admission is final in all cases.
